Mat Forte is a 45‑minute, musically driven, mat Pilates‑inspired class that blends intentional, low‑impact movement with strength training to energize and condition your entire body. Rooted in the core principles of Pilates, this class combines body‑weight exercises and weights to build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve posture. Expect a mix of precise, controlled movements and full‑range exercises that challenge the core, glutes, and more—leaving you feeling balanced, aligned, and strong. Grip socks required for class.

Get the same burn in less time. This 35-minute, mat Pilates-inspired class condenses the signature Mat Forte workout into a fast, efficient format. Expect targeted core and glute work, resistance training, and nonstop movement that maximizes results—perfect for busy schedules without sacrificing intensity. Grip socks required.

High energy and musically-driven, this 45-minute Pilates and Lagree-based class uses slow, controlled movements to keep your muscles activated and under tension for the ultimate full-body workout. While low impact, this class is high intensity and increases muscle strength, improves flexibility and posture, and challenges your cardiovascular system. Utilizing Heroboards, the most functional moving exercise platform on the market, this class makes your favorite Pilates and Lagree exercises even more accessible, removing bulky, intimidating machines.

Mini trampoline workouts meet Barre Forte in these high energy classes with both cardio and strengthening. Just 10 minutes of rebounding is equivalent to 30 minutes on the treadmill but is low impact on the joints. Bar(re)bound has three offerings: a 30-minute beginner and 60-minute advanced class that both include segments of beat-driven rebounding and barre-inspired movements, and 45-minute FIIT-Bound, which incorporates alternating circuits with timed intervals of rebound and sculpt-inspired exercises.
